Breakfast was amazing! The hotel was more than we expected, very clean, spacious, modern, unique, we love the artistic touch and all the unique details. I had an excellent stay at Chrizz Rooms in Graz! The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were modern and spotlessly clean. Check-in and check-out were very easy, even without a reception. The two ladies from the hotel team were extremely kind. Communication via email was outstanding. They replied to all my questions immediately.

Everything was as we desired. The hotel parking is nicely situated in front of the hotel and in between buildings. A very professional lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and explained in detail everything we needed to know about our stay, room and the hotel. Enjoyed at the bar an excellent local Puntigamer beer which was recommended by a very professional lady at the bar. The entrance, lobby, reception desk, bar, shop and restaurant are very nicely designed and arranged. The room and bathroom are very tidy and perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is good quality and the towels are soft. Slept like a baby. :) The breakfast is so perfect that you have to experience it yourself. The girl at the reception at check-out professionally explained all details regarding our hotel bill prior to payment. I will definitely come again as soon as I am in that part of Austria. Thank you Jufa Hotel Graz City Team. Best regards and keep up the good work.
