I simply loved this apartment, I would love to live in it :) Still thinking of it sometimes, no kidding. Very nice for two people. Although the apartment is close to the train station, you can barely hear the noise of the trains, because of the location of the house. There are several apartments for short-term rent in the apartment building, but we didn't meet anyone, it was very quiet. The parking lot is covered on the street. You can take nice walks in the area. Spar is just 2 minutes walk away. I would love to go back sometimes. Green lake is about 40 minutes by car.

Leoben is a small, pretty town. My hotel Gastof Zum Grief had a superb location, literally 2 minutes from the main square and right by the river. It’s easy to walk around Leoben which has many bars and restaurants in and off the main square. Lovely country walks by the river and also a shopping centre in the main square. I ate in San Marco, Trattoria Roma, Zum Greif, Stadt Meierei,and Schwarzer Adler - all very good.

Leoben is more a town than a city, even if it is the second...

Leoben is more a town than a city, even if it is the second city of Steiermark; one day is more than enough to visit the city itself, but in the neighborhood there are some places that worth a visit: Asia Spa, 5 minutes walking from the city center, the Ice Arena, Präbichl for downhill skiing, Abenteuer Erzberg to visit the mine, Redbull Ring for MotoGP and F1 fans, Voest Alpine Leoben/Donawitz has free tour for tourists. Leoben also has a small disco right in the main square and in that area there are also good places to have a meat(Arkandenhof is my suggetsed one)

It was interesting to visit a small town in Styria, but booking a student hostel hotel was not ideal and the spa was disappointing, as there are only two pools for adults who do not want to use the children's or sauna area.

I grew up in Leoben, so I'm a bit biased.

I grew up in Leoben, so I'm a bit biased. Leoben is a beautiful city with lots to offer; you'll never be bored here. You're right in the mountains and near several lakes. The restaurants are excellent. Graz, in my opinion one of the most beautiful cities, is also just a 40-minute drive away. Leoben is definitely worth a visit.

Leoben itself is small but charming.

Leoben itself is small but charming. Two days are enough, but you can stay longer and use Leoben as a base for excursions. If you have time, you should also visit the Göss district, see the abbey there, and take a tour of the brewery.

A simple apartment, but with everything you need. The need to reserve a place came unexpectedly (I didn't arrive in Italy before check-in at the hotel there at 20:30). We quickly explained the location of the keys and the parking space via whatsapp. Comfortable beds. There is a good store across the street, so you can also get groceries in the morning. As it turned out, it is also possible to park in front of the store.

Very comfortable stay! The hotel is right in the center of Leoben, close to restaurants, cafés, and bars — perfect location. The room was cozy, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. The reception staff were very kind and always willing to help with anything I needed. Overall, a great place to stay in Leoben.

The hotel is absolutely amazing clean, spotless. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast delicious. To open main door to hotel you need to search for scanner as it is slightly hidden. Super quiet in room, despite a lot of cars outside. Very comfortable rest for rest of trip.
