It was absolutely amazing stay! Even though the purpose of this booking was just to spend somewhere a night during our car trip from Italy back home, it exceeded our expectations and we were sorry to leave. Absolutely new apartment, spacious, perfect for 5 people. Everything clean and new, comfortable and well equipped. The view from the living room was spectacular - green valley and mountains. We will definitely come back and stay longer.

A really cozy new apartment in Matrei. The big apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom 🚿 with the walk in shower, a big living room with such a great and modern flat screen. The new couch also gives the chance for 3 people to sleep on it. Last but not least a separate room with a double bed. The owner had created a splendid apartment where everyone can feel at home. They welcomed us warmly at the check in and showed up for everything we needed 🤗. Matrei is only 20 km away from Innsbruck and has a good connection also with other cities. Definitely to recommend for a group of friends, a couple or a Family.

"The room was absolutely beautiful and felt very homely, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was lovely. We had an amazing, relaxing time in Hotel Rastbichlhof. The surroundings are very peaceful just like the pictures suggest and we had a wonderful view of the Glacier from our balcony. The staff was very friendly and they provided us with all the information we needed about hiking trails and public transportation. Even though we didn't have a car it was quite easy to move around using the local bus service. I would definitely consider going back!

    The hotel has a fantastic location with stunning mountain views, and at night, you can enjoy stargazing. It's a historic and charming place with all modern amenities. Dining options are available on-site, which is especially convenient in winter when the road is snowy and people with sleds walk along it. Our room, number 31 (Superior Double with Mountain View), was a pleasant surprise with a bathtub.

    Easy access from the train station and generous parking. Small menu for a la carte dinner, but the quality is absolutely worth it. Sauna was actually quiet, which surprised us given the size of the hotel. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was okay.

    This is a wonderful hotel that benefits from being recently refurbished throughout. The rooms are spacious with great facilities and generous en-suite bathroom. The breakfast bar range was very impressive.
