Everything, place is flawless, the decor, the wellness and spa areas, the lake house & swimming/sun deck. The food in the restaurant & breakfast selection top class. Parking very easy, check-in also very easy. Advice: unless you have early checkin, it will be 3pm, so go straight to wellness as you really only have a 3-4 hr window before dinner, especially if you only staying for 1 night. It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

We always try to stay in a boutique hotel when we travel. This ticks all the boxes from room to facilities and the most friendlies of staff. Close proximity to restaurants and if you're lucky enough to be there on a Friday, a fresh produce market in the town square just outside the front door. This is a great place! Beautiful location, and the staff takes excellent care of it. Clean modern rooms with nice views. The restaurant offers several options for dinner and all of excellent taste. Local products are used. Great advice from the sommeliere for Austrian wines. Excellent breakfast. Huge spa area, swimming pool and garden. Hiking, biking, sightseeing - lots of options nearby. Staff is polite, friendly and well-trained.

Really nice place in good location near to the railway station and bus stop is right at the hotel. Rooms are spotless clean, warm and comfortable. Staff is very helpful, kind and polite. From the hotel restaurant you can enjoy the view to the Bodensee and the mountains around.

Perfect we were travelling by motorcycle and it was well suited. Breakfast everything was top class the girl in the bar hadn't much English still had a smile and a chat as best she could . Girls in reception were very helpful .

Location was good but limited food options. Receptionist was really kind and supportive. Shower was working fine, room was bit small i think for the money they charging. Lake is nearby, so you can walk around and enjoy the location.

Loved the room and the location of the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, beds was comfortable and the location of the hotel was just a stone's throw away from the city center, the train station and the Harbour port. The lady at the front desk (I regret not getting her name) was an extremely helpful and service-oriented lady. She was immaculate. When we arrived, she ran over to help me with our bags and the check-in process was so family-like. Seeing that we were out of town visitors, she gave us a very good overview on Bregenz and even suggested sights for us to see. One of those in Lindau, which I had no idea about at all till she mentioned it. We followed up on her suggestion and it was the best idea ever. We had a great time in the Christmas Markets in Lindau all thanks to her, I'm very thankful that she cared.
