We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

Fully recommended. Very nice family and filling home hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Every day high level cleaning service. Country stile but new modern technology construction design interior with much original wood etc. SPA area with different saunas, swimming pool, fresh towels, etc. Dry sauna has inside window with magnificent mountain view, undescribed beautiful relaxation zone with up to ceiling widows and balconies. The restaurant deserved a Michelin Star for sure! Beautiful and comfortable lunch and bar area with a nice and high-level interior stile. What to see and where to go? – never enough time to visit all the magnificent places, mountains, lakes, boats, historical train and parasailing lakes around. You would love to come back again.

Amazing hotel. The building itself is so special and the way the owners have renovated the place is truly remarkable. The hotel is situated in such a lovely town and we had a great view from both rooms. The rooms are super spacious and the design is very special. Breakfast was amazing!! Arrival before 2 PM was not possible. Breakfast was too late and too short (from 8 AM to 9 AM), and departure before 8 AM was not possible due to the breakfast. One pillow in the room smelled of a previous guest's sweat. The linens were worn and not fresh.

The free parking and proximity to the highway are positive aspects. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The bad reviews on Google are all absolutely justified! A real waste of money. Luckily, we only stayed one night as a stopover. Stay away! If you need a coffee early in the morning, you're out of luck – the swill didn't even smell like coffee.

The fresh bed sheet unfortunately had someone else's hair on it, but it was changed immediately. Dinner was good, breakfast adequate. It was okay for one night while traveling through, but I can't imagine staying longer.

Münster is a great starting point for those who enjoy hiking and seek tranquility. Lake Achensee is just 15 minutes away, as are the Zillertal valley and Alpbach. Innsbruck is about 30 minutes away. It's ideally located for exploring the surrounding area in Tyrol.

Münster is a very quiet area, but it's a great base for many excursions, being very centrally located. We explored by bicycle and also cycled to Lake Achensee, and even to Hall along the Inn Cycle Path!

Hotel is close to Autobahn. Price is reasonable for a 1-night stay. Showers are hot and internet works well. We missed the check in window due to traffic, and the staff waited up for us until we arrived, just after 8:30. There are many places to easily walk around in the forest/hills nearby if you want to stretch your legs before getting on the road.
