Getting into the hotel was easy, the whole process is automated and easy to understand.We really liked the location and the room we have been in, it had a good layout had enough room and was very clean. The cleaning staff was really friendly.

We liked everything:)! Location was great for us, because we came with bicycles and we didn’t use the car in the city at all. On that note, the underground garage on the property is excellent! The apartment was very pleasent, had everything you need on a short stay, a big plus is a nice balcony for a morning coffe:). Special joy is definetely the staff, very nice, helpfull and overall very simpatic:). We would gladly recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay with them again while in Graz:)

Everything was just as good as during our first stay.

Everything was just as good as during our first stay. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, but unfortunately there was a party going on. The staff then recommended a Greek restaurant which was very good and nearby.
