Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment, comfortable beds, the kitchen was well equipped. Sauna in the house, Wifi, everything was perfect. Ski area Kaprun Kitzsteinhorn is 12 min. by car, Spar is 3 min. by car. The owner Elisabeth is helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed our holiday very much. Thank you, Elisabeth

    I liked that the village Niedernsil is located close to...

    I liked that the village Niedernsil is located close to several ski resorts. So it is easily possible to visit each day different location, either by car, skibus or ski train (local train to Zell an See is free of charge for skiers). So it is possible to ski at Kaprun / Kitzsteinhorn, Zell am See, Bramberg, Weissee ski resorts etc. It is also easy to visit Kitzbuhel if the visitors want to see the Hanenkammrennen!

    Apartments are located in a very nice 200 years alpine style old house, in a beautiful area. Very close to many attractions. We received a Sommercard, thanks to which we could use a lot of attracions for free. The host explaind everything to us, he was very nice. It even wasn't a problem that we arrived very late. Hotel is dog friendly, we travel with 2 little dogs. We can definietly recommedn. In our apartment we could find very well equipped kitchen, comfortable and big bed. Also it was very clean.

    Was an amazing stay. I would say Niedernsill is an insider tip for families with small kids. Much cheaper skiing and much calmer. And if you have the chance to stay at this site, you will find a fully equipped charming house right next to the ski slope and plenty of toys for your kiddies. But best is the warm and friendly welcome from the host. Thank you. Tipp: Don't forget to reserve at a restaurant if you want to lunch or dinner. I suggest at Kröll in Niedernsill.

    The appartment was very stylish and cozy, fully equipped and with absolutely stunning view to the valley of Niedernsill. Besides it was so quiet with comfortable parking just down the house. We could stay there a month )
