Probably the best breakfast buffet i've ever seen in a hotel, especially with an exceptional number of gluten free options. Very friendly staff, free parking and our dog was welcomed without reservation. Right next to the motorway so perfect for a mid journey stop.

It’s very cozy family hotel in beautiful quiet place. Very good breakfast, swimming pool is cool benefit. Playground for kids. Good restaurant here. And very and very soft pillows and blankets. Nice place, you can book it without any hesitation. Super friendly staff by Austrian standards. Junior suite looked beautifully renovated. They weren’t tolerant of my 2-year old running around the restaurant during dinner, but honestly I respect that and rate that as a plus!

    This is our second stay here. Everything is on the highest level. Very friendly and helpful hostess, fresh milk, eggs and bread provided by hostess makes breakfast in apartments amazing, especially with mountain view. Very comfortable and well equipped apartments. 20 minutes from Innsbruck. But we also enjoyed walk in Oberperfuss, and our daughter was very happy to have pony ride in Oberperfuss also provided by hostess. Everything was just great.

    Location is perfect for spinning around the whole Tirol. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. It was so interesting to take a closer look at the farm, animals and local life. And fresh milk from the farm is just amasing! Drink it alone or make silky porridge... mmm, you even do not need to add butter in it. =)

    An amazing place for couples and families. A short walk to supermarket and 1klm walk to hotel with its excellent pizzas. This property has everything and it also beautifully decorated. One of the best self contained we have experience around the world.
