It’s very cozy family hotel in beautiful quiet place. Very good breakfast, swimming pool is cool benefit. Playground for kids. Good restaurant here. And very and very soft pillows and blankets. Very nice view and very baby friendly. One evening they hosted a wedding and they gave us a room where we could not be bothered by the sound. Another big plus is the breakfast (a lot of fresh fruits).

It was very wonderful stay - all staffs are very friendly and helpful(one of the staff kindly gave me good tips for trekking and cable car when I asked), the room was well decorated and very clean. There were the essential stuff like a kettle, cups, plates, teas, hair dryer, and soap etc in the room :) The breakfast was really great! I didn’t expect this perfect buffet - Breads, spreads, salami, salmon, yogurt, egg scramble, fresh juices, coffee etc… All were good. On top of that the breakfast place was very cozy and has stunning view. The location was also very convenient as the bus stop is just 1 min away from the hotel and only takes 15 mins to go to Innsbruck city centre. If you want to enjoy beautiful mountain view & countryside environment but still be close to city centre, this hotel is the perfect to you. If you stay at this hotel, I strongly recommend to walk to Liftstüberl Birgitz restaurant as it has stunning panoramic view - one of the most beautiful view in Innsbruck :) I attached the photos. And the hotel gave me a cute soap as a souvenir when I check out. I’d definitely come back again! Thank you so much

    This is our second stay here. Everything is on the highest level. Very friendly and helpful hostess, fresh milk, eggs and bread provided by hostess makes breakfast in apartments amazing, especially with mountain view. Very comfortable and well equipped apartments. 20 minutes from Innsbruck. But we also enjoyed walk in Oberperfuss, and our daughter was very happy to have pony ride in Oberperfuss also provided by hostess. Everything was just great.

    We stayed at the hotel for nine nights. The hotel is run by a nice and welcoming couple, who made all their efforts to accommodate our requests and recommend very good places to go to. The apartment was very clean and beautiful landscape from both balconies. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious and were served on time. We highly recommend this hotel
