The staff was very helpful and nice. Everyone we met was great, with no exceptions. The spa facilities are really nice, cozy, and well maintained. We frequented the spa amenities every day, it was the highlight of the trip. The hotel in general had a warm Christmas vibe and a beautiful mountain surrounding. We will repeat this hotel next time we travel to this area.

The dinner was perfect! (Not Kosher( Very beautiful and peaceful view. The stuff was very nice. It is 25-30 minutes drive from Stubai glacier for ski/snowboard. I saw there also a really close bus station from the hotel if you travelling without a car.

The best part is when you take the STB tram to get to the hotel and get down at the mutters station. One of the best tram rides I have ever had in any part of the world as it goes through meadows, mountains and tunnels , up from the city into an elevation of 900 metres above sea level.
