We had a wonderful time. The place was well-maintained and tastefully decorated. There were no problems at all. All the amenities and facilities were excellent, exactly as described. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Located in a very beautiful and quiet area. The breakfast was exceptional. If we visit this place again, it will be our first choice. I highly recommend it.

We LOVE this place! For my friends it was definitely love at the first sight and we are already talking about coming again. The view is stunning and the rooms are so nicely decorated. It's also nice with the minibar full of Redbull drinks. The restaurant is also very cozy.

Our flight was delayed so we advised hotel of late arrival. They replied with directions for finding key. Your advertisement was in name of Brandauers Villen Superior. We could not find key at this property and nobody ever mentioned that this hotel was connected under ground with SEEHOTEl, a separate property. We were very distressed and tired. We were surprised that a four star hotel had no night staff on duty . We contacted a friend who came to help and was able to figure out the connection with building next door and found the key. In the envelope with key was a letter giving an emergency number, which was no benefit to us. I tried to point out this issue to receptionist but
