I had an amazing stay at Jaga in Rattendorf! The location is perfect, the apartment is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is great for both the skiing activities and the apres-ski fun. Food: good selection for breakfast and Dinner even better! Very creative menu and deliciously prepared food of different choices. Well done! Staff very kind and Special thanks to Ms. Patrizia and Mr. Helmut - both very professional and making extra mile for the guest's well-being! Great facilities such as spa / sauna, swimming pools (in/outdoor), lobby bar, etc. Parking in front of the hotel, or in nearby garage! All is well organized.

It's a beautiful spot with superb accommodation! Our apartment was on the third floor, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking ! The apartment was fully equipped with all necessary items - sleeping, cooking, etc. The spacious and bright rooms easily accommodated our group of six. The separate toilet and shower were a game-changer, especially when travelling with teenagers and a large group, offering privacy and convenience. Behind us was the cutest mini farm! Next to the main building, there is a swimming pool made to look like a natural pond, a charming area. We didn't try the restaurant; time got away from us trying to explore the surrounding attractions. And finally, the hosts were super nice and sweet and helpful. Overall, it is a quiet mountain retreat with great views and an atmosphere.

Nice location. Heated pool was a plus. Staff were welcoming & took good care of us throughout our stay. The suite was nice & clean & the balcony was a bonus for some fresh air. Loved the hanging swing chairs in the spa area. We were there 3 nights, and the food selection was great, not repetitive (loved the coffees at the bar). We kept our expectations low about the kids' noise level going into a family resort, but it wasn't bad at all. They kept the kids happy (with sugary drinks) with a nice play area, so they weren't much of a bother to the adults.

    Location is very Good, 5mins drive to ski,just 2min walk to crosscountry ski, apartment really nice, nice design, all new, very comfortable and cosy, great with kids too, only negative is that the walls could be thicker (kids awake you)

    We stayed at this hotel for a few days with our young child and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with the soothing sound of a nearby stream adding to the charm. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food—especially dinner—was excellent. Our child loved the playful details at breakfast, like colorful cups and eggs with drawn-on faces. The village is picturesque and perfect for walks with children. We would definitely choose this hotel again!
