The instructions to access the accommodation were clear and arriving was hassle free. There was a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were perfect for our family. The style of the accommodation was 80's style.

The hotel is a great example of welcoming hospitality. Positive attitude where nothing was s problem. Staff had been very nice and helped arrange anything customized we needed. Like beeing late to the restaurant kitchen was closing but they served us. Equipment was brilliant, stylish and very comfy. Great location next to the lake. Thank you staff!!

The hotel is very well situated in the downtown of Bad Mitterndorf and it has its own restaurant, which is very convenient. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space for all three of us. We really enjoyed very rich breakfast with selection of all kind of food you can imagine. The hotel staff was very helpful and provided to us every morning a hot water for tee preparation in vacuum flask. We really enjoyed our weekend stay in this hotel.
