We liked that the hotel was out of the town in a very peaceful place, still close to the ski slopes. The room was spacious, quiet and the bed was really comfortable. We booked the accommodation with half-board, and we were treated like a king. We were really satisfied with the varied breakfast, while dinner exceeded all our expectations: a four-course dinner was served , with very tasty, varied food, you could choose from 3 main courses, vegetarian option included. We were amazed by the way food was served, and were also happy to try local food. The portions were exceptionally big as well. We also liked the " private" sauna sessions. Hotel Landhof Simeter was a brilliant place to relax during our skiing holiday. We got everything that made the day after skiing perfect. We are absolutely grateful to the staff.

We had exceptional customer service even before we arrived at Hotel Alexanderhof as we were offered a cold dinner as we weren't going to arrive until after the end of dinner serving. We were welcomed by Lucas who was friendly and informative. The room was comfy with amazing views, the buffet breakfast was vast and delicious. The pool, whirlpool and sunbathing lawn an added bonus. All staff were friendly. The decor felt very Austrian, which we appreciated as visitors from the UK, the whole experience was exceptional, we were sad to leave

We loved staying at Moserhof so much. The breakfast is absolutely amazing - probably the best I ever had in a hotel. There is a huge choice of everything on the buffet. All the food is local, or even home-made. And there is an equally amazing choice of cooked breakfast options. The spa is wonderful. You have a view of the mountain from the saunas, the quiet room, the balcony. There are tea making facilities in the wellness area. Fresh apples and some dried snacks are provided all day. All the staff are extremely helpful, friendly, anticipating your next wish. We also liked that we had a quiet room facing the mountain with a lovely little balcony. We had an amazing time at Moserhof.

Our stay at Lake Millstätter See was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is a historic building, and you can even find a commemorative plaque that shares the history of the place, which added a special charm to our visit. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. We were traveling with a child, and they always went out of their way to meet the needs of the youngest member of our family. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade — a special thanks for that! The upgraded room was large and comfortable, with plenty of space for the three of us, a bathtub and shower, and a balcony offering breathtaking views of the lake. Breakfast was very diverse, with enough options to satisfy even the pickiest eater. But what really deserves special praise were the dinners at the hotel’s restaurant — every single one was absolutely outstanding. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It is worth every penny, and we would happily return.
