The hotel was a little tricky to find but once I got there, I was glad to have booked my stay. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and the breakfast was excellent. I would surely stay here again.

It’s a lovely old building with modern facilities including a sauna. The staff were all lovely and the attention to detail second to none. The rooms were comfy and the food was delicious. Amazing views and a great location.

Perfect host. Accommodation booked at last minute and was very happy with my choice. Then accommodated again on a second night. Great base for those wishing to stay close to the Grossglockner Pass. Will certainly choose again if I get this way again.

For us, vacation means doing sports—cycling, running, or...

For us, vacation means doing sports—cycling, running, or trail running—and here it's a real treat for us, with tons of elevation gain and, for those who like rafting, there's even that. Many know Lienz primarily for the Dobbiaco-Lienz cycle path, but many don't know the Isel cycle path, which is also wonderful.
