We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

Fully recommended. Very nice family and filling home hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Every day high level cleaning service. Country stile but new modern technology construction design interior with much original wood etc. SPA area with different saunas, swimming pool, fresh towels, etc. Dry sauna has inside window with magnificent mountain view, undescribed beautiful relaxation zone with up to ceiling widows and balconies. The restaurant deserved a Michelin Star for sure! Beautiful and comfortable lunch and bar area with a nice and high-level interior stile. What to see and where to go? – never enough time to visit all the magnificent places, mountains, lakes, boats, historical train and parasailing lakes around. You would love to come back again.

I have eaten at many Michelin restaurants and eating here is comparable if not better. It was a joy to go for food every meal. They even have a snack, which is a meal, after the slopes, 3-5. Awesome hotel with great views and rooms and the staff are super.

The self-check-in function is nice and modern and allowed us not to be constrained by a certain time the reception is closed. Liked the sauna in the room, a big reason why we selected this hotel, it was easy to use. We also appreciated the covered parking spot. Breakfast was also good at the restaurant, which is apparently a separate business from the hotel.

Really nice and comfortable apartment with a wonderful view. The hotel has excellent soundproofing. The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking. We stayed with our dogs, and in the room there were even cushions for dogs and bowls, which was a delightful surprise. We were absolutely pleased

great place for winter holidays. most lively hotel in whole Schlitters. quite close to multiple. we have enjoyed the pub, food in restaurant is great, staff in kitchen very nice. rooms warm and comfortable - really you can’t expect more from winter hotel
