Very friendly receptionist, explained everything clearly. Sure, here is the English translation: Nice apartment. Excellent location near the cable car, next to a grocery store and a bike rental with good prices. In the summer, I recommend e-bikes. I rented one on Saturday evening and returned it on Monday morning because they are closed on Sundays. The discount card is great – free cable cars and saunas at the BergHof hotel are included. The issue with the fridge was resolved within 30 minutes after calling. In the summer, we recommend archery, the alpine coaster, rope park, e-bikes, and hiking.Guest review byAnonymousSlovakia - 8.0

Pros: Beautiful location and very well maintained during heavy snow. The apartments are new, clean, big and also very well maintained with floor heating. The 1 bathroom per room made our stay comfortable. The windows are really good isolating. The sauna is amazing. Cons: Parties, loud music in the house made our stay very tiring. The mattress was not the most comfortable one. We got 3 dishwasher capsules for 4 days which wasn’t enough, and we didn’t get more when asking for it. Our stay in Nassfeld met all expectations. In addition to comfortable accommodation and friendly staff, we liked the fact that there were no delays on the cable cars, very well-maintained trails, beautiful nature and enough facilities to stay in the snow.
