Staff - extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The woman at the front desk was great! Location - the hotel is surrounded by mountains and the view in the evening and in the morning are splendid. However, to get there, you will probably need to have a car. Room - it is a very nice room, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Balcony is spacious and a place, where you can enjoy a view on the surrounding area. Bed linen and towels are provided (also bathrobes). WiFi - WiFi was great, it was working nicely. Parking - there is enough parking spots in front of the hotel. Swimming pool - it is decent size, nice to relax and enjoy the water (note that the water is warm-cool). Open till 22:00. Overall, the hotel is a very nice place and definitely worth to stay there if you visit either Innsbruck or are going to ski.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Everyone we met was great, with no exceptions. The spa facilities are really nice, cozy, and well maintained. We frequented the spa amenities every day, it was the highlight of the trip. The hotel in general had a warm Christmas vibe and a beautiful mountain surrounding. We will repeat this hotel next time we travel to this area.

The dinner was perfect! (Not Kosher( Very beautiful and peaceful view. The stuff was very nice. It is 25-30 minutes drive from Stubai glacier for ski/snowboard. I saw there also a really close bus station from the hotel if you travelling without a car.

This historic family run hotel opens its arms to all visitors. Everything gets 10/10, from the views, the beautifully designed rooms, easy parking..... The hotel reaches that perfect balance between traditional tyrolese decor in the common rooms, such as the breakfast room, and more modern commodities in the bedrooms. Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and high quality, with local produce and special treats for Easter Sunday, and the evening meal was the best we've had in Austria. The family is welcoming and rightly proud of their amazing 16 generation history in the hotel. You also receive an innsbruck welcome card with free access to all public transport, which includes a bus to Innsbruck that leaves from two steps away from the hotel. So you can leave your car at the hotel and save money on parking in Innsbruck.

The stay at the hotel was great. The breakfast was delicious and rich in a variety of foods. The spa was pampering with several saunas and heated pools. The staff at the hotel decorated our room as we were informed that we were coming on a honeymoon. The staff was very helpful.
