This is really a top hotel. Modern rooms with safe inside, closets and perfect bathroom. They are really nicely sound proofed and they brag with that. We did not have breakfast, but the reception and the bar/resturant were well visited, so I assume people liked it there. It was a single night stay, so we could not fully enjoy the experience, but I would come back anytime for certain.

fantatsic alps style accomodation. fab breakfast, the pool, the views, the staff. all around fantastic place with great pool and breakfast terrace views. Safe moto parking, roof terace and sauna, the lot! Great place to depart in the moring to Grosslockner, north directon or to stay in if the opposite diretion. Staff specialy patient and professional. Will definitevly go back again, for a longer stay too.

A hidden gem in the Austrian Dolomites. The hotel's location is excellent- just beside the Tristachersee lake, a dream come true for every visitor. The rooms are in impeccable condition, and the food is on another level - I have to mention that the restaurant is in the Michelin guide. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every aspect you may need. My thanks to every member of the Kreuzer family who is running the place; they make you feel at home and provide every little detail for your comfort and convenience. This place made me feel like a member of a happy family - a valuable feature which, unfortunately, is forgotten these days in most tourist places all over the world. Parkhotel Tristachersee, please don't change and keep the warmth and your human touch forever. N.B. Special thanks to Milen, who was exceptionally good and professional with us.

That was the most beautiful and unique hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything felt like something from a fairytale. The room was spacious, featuring a large king bed, a huge bathroom, and a fantastic view from the balcony. Very chic. The spa was also extensive, with numerous saunas and relaxation rooms. The pool was also amazing, especially the outdoor area with a river view. The breakfast was delicious, and with so many choices, we had an awe-inspiring dinner. The service was exceptional. A short walk to the Lienz Christmas market was the cherry on top. We strongly recommend it, and my husband and I plan to return for a retreat to enjoy the beauty of it all. Thank you.

We only stayed one day but it seemed a very busy town. Roads had traffic and there were road works going on that day. Nothing very interesting to visit around this place except for those who enjoy walks in the forest.

We had a lovely stay, the staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Edwardo who went out of his way to help me with my evening meal option because I am coeliac, he totally understood and offered me an adapted meal that was delicious and my husbands meal was excellent too. The breakfast was amazing, well presented and so much choice. The rooms, bathroom and hotel in general were spotless, it was lovely and secluded in the woods, peaceful and away from it all with lovely views. Excellent value for money.

Absolutely perfect in every respect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. This hotel sets the standard every other hotel should aim at. Great, warm and friendly staff. Excellent food. Fantastic stay.

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff and one of the better breakfasts I have had. The family room is huge. Just don’t expect to be in the middle of anything happening. This place is for relaxing

The staff was friendly. The hotel is located in a quite and isolated place, so there's no noise from passing cars and such. The rooms were big enough and look nice.
