I had a delightful experience at this establishment. The reception staff, restaurant servers, and housekeeping team were all incredibly charming and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful gestures upon arrival and for Valentine's Day. The live music in the evening added a special touch to the ambiance. Loved our stay at the Alpenrose. Room was large, bed was comfortable, breakfast and dinner buffets were very good, with daily changes to menu. But the best thing was the amazing staff. From the front desk, to serving staff, cleaners, bar staff, sauna massage staff, everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly. No question was too hard and went out of their way to provide assistance. Will definitely stay here again next time in Austria.

This was our second stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect - the room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, nicely decorated and offered a spendid view of the mountains. The hotel staff were exceptionally attentive, helpful and very professional. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. In our opinion, the hotel should have an additional star as the quality is that of a four-star hotel. We hope very much to return !

A wonderful place with many possibilities for trips, via ferratas or climbing, in the nearby area. Steffi and Peter Falkner were very accommodating, and the hotel staff were also helpful and pleasantly communicative. The kitchen was absolutely exceptional, only with small children we could not enjoy dinner for several hours :) The chef gave us interesting tips for trips in the area, which will make us happy to come back in the winter for ski touring.
