The owners were extremely friendly, with a great sense of humor. They gave us lots tips about things to do in the area which were tailored to our interests. We could pick fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes in the garden. Great mountain view from the living area and terrace. Tickets for a nearby lake included for our entire visit. Cabin had some retro design elements which made it cozy, but overall classic design and modern appliances. Everything in top order. Extremely clean. Kitchen well appointend - nothing superfluous! Classy bathroom. The owners are really interested into going the extra mile to make everything perfect and make their guest feel comfortable. We had lots of fun conversations, which made us feel welcome. We had the feeling that the owners reall enjoy having guests!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Velden. The manager lady was so friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the artsy vibe of the hotel. It's in a great spot too - really quick to get into the center of Velden. The breakfast was good, setting us up well for the day. Everything was just perfect, and we’ll definitely be back!

We recently stayed in this hotel for 4 nights at Standar Family Room with two kids. We were welcomed very warmly with the persons at reception. they were very kinds, helpful and supportive. We got our room and just after entering the room we had this nice lake view behing the large windows and balcony. Kids have a nice private area which they really liked. They were given some nice gifts to draw and enjoy their spare time. Rooms have very large bathroom with bathtub, and no toilet in it which is very good. Toilet is separate but it is very small and there is no water for handwashing. You have to go to bathroom for hanfwashing. This is annoying. Restaurants: We had really nice dinners at our reserved table with an amazing view and decoration. The menu is always rich, salate buffet and cheese buffet is rich either. There is always something for everbody.The envronment is cosy and joyful. Foods are really amazing, delicious and all the persons are helpful and supportive since we do not have any alcohol and pork. They always use the top most quality products. Breakfast is also always very good. Their products, egg menu, cheese, other options, honey, butter all are amazin. They serve you the best products. You will have health and enough food. They have plenty of space for everybody and time for all either. They have nice pool area. We really enjoy it. Their infinity pool also was amazing with the area to rest around. I could not use Sauna area because it is nude area if I understand it correctly. Everywhere is very clean, tidy. The only annoying thing will be toilletes in terms of their size, and WiFi. As a conclusion, we had very nice experience here and definitely will be back later. I really would like to try in summer. There will so many things going on in the lake area.
