This place is a little gem in a beautiful location. Lovely clean rooms. Our host was fantastic and very friendly. We had some of the best food in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent 😋. Wish we could move in.

Everything here was thoughtful, every detail put with a purpose - colors, scents, designs. The whole place is amazing, the service great. It raised the bar for hotels to the new heights. While being here, you absolutely must visit the wellness area, the restaurant and the bar.

The location was excellent right beside the lift towards Fiss. The rooms had nice view. The wellness facilities, sauna and hammam, were clean, quiet end of top quality. Breakfast area had a view to the snowed mountains. Last but not least, the staff. They were very helpful always with answers to our questions and with solutions to our enquiries.

We had a fantastic stay. The building looks very traditional, but has a modern feel. If you want to get close to nature, this hotel has an excellent location. The food was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Completely renovated hotel, felt like we were first in our room. Rooms were super spacious and comfortable, food was great both at breakfast and at dinner in-house. The hotel is fairly away from any other options so a drive is required both to the ski resort gondolas and other dining.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large relaxation area. There is a separate area where you can get body and facial massages and other treatments for an extra charge. The hotel tries to organise additional entertainment for its guests, so that every evening is not a boring one. There is a bar area where you can sit with company during the day and in the evening, have a tasty drink or an extra snack. There is enough space for parking. Friendly, modern family-run hotel in the beautiful and remote upper Pitz valley. Erika provided every comfort, even when a thunderstorm brought down the power lines and cut off all electricity for a day. Superb breakfast, always with a special local food treat and wonderful cake and home made preserves. Great hiking. A restaurant, mini-market and bus stop are close by.

We spent our anniversary at this hotel for one night. It was lovely to have everything we needed at the hotel. Dinner was included and was great, breakfast was nice too. The sauna area was very good.
