The quality of service was exceptional, the concierge very helpful and the rooms and interior really exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located with many shops, restaurants and attractions close-by. The staff was really friendly and gave us a bottle of wine on arrival. They had even left a lovely hand-written note in the room, welcoming us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and room service was available. I was happily surprised that even their hairdryers worked very well (a rare find at most hotels!). I cannot reccommend this hotel enough! It was a thought-through and luxurious experience from start to finish.

Best located property - can't get better. Staff are exceptional friendly, helpful, charming room was excellent - I love the cruelty free toiletries. you get wine on arrival and water! Hotel is clean and linen is great. I cannot say enough great things about it. We had some drinks on the day we left and it was also good. our only regret is not having a meal there as I think it would have been excellent

The room is big enough and has a balcony with nice garden view and bird calls. Good quality organic breakfast. 24 hours free coffee and tea at the lobby. Hotel is very close to metro station. Everywhere at the hotel is very clean. It is easy and quick to check in & check out. I recommend the hotel. If I visit Vienna again, I definitely stay this hotel. Some toiletries are missing such as cotton buds, cotton pad, hair comb....

Vosendorf was conveniently situated to take tram into city centre. Conveniently the Hotel Pyramide was within walking distance from the SCS Westfield shopping centre and the tram stop, connecting to both City centre to the north and Baden town in south. Although quite an urban area it has developed into a commercial region for business whilst retaining the green areas around. Baden is a spa town & was well worth a visit as it has a pedestrianised zone. Beautiful parks leading into the Vienna woods and clean paved streets containing individual boutiques and small shops of every type & buildings painted in contrasting colours. We ate very well outside at Josefs Almkuchl.

First of all, the owner - she is such a great person: friendly, helpful, she takes care of the guests as if they were her family, no problem with the communication before our stay. Room - clean, very comfortable, cleaned every day, bathroom - no complaints. parking next to the hotel or on the street (no problem with free space), breakfast - just perfect, lots to choose and everything was delicious. you can reach U-Bahn and S-Bahn stops on foot

I love my executive room, it’s super clean. stayed for 5 days since I had a seminar. Friendly staff from the Bar, Reception and at Seminar Coffee station. The man from the pool who opens the door for us just to let us see the gym and pool area. I highly recommend this conference stylish hotel.

Free parking, location is nice, to the airport around 20 minutes. Staff are friendly. Shopping center is very close. It is my second time in this hotel. Once with my family as a holiday for weekend and second time just one night for business trip.
