Running the extra mile; they invented it here! From cleaning staff to restaurant staff to reception staff; they were all ultimately friendly and focused on pleasing the guests in the perfect level. I wanted to print something but reception was closed; the lady drove to me to hand me the prints outside of her service hours. Amazing hospitality with always a friendly face. Everyone working in and around the hotel greets all the guests with a smile on their face. Definitely recommend this place!

Very beautiful place, with nice food and super facilities. The staff was extremely helpful! We came there after walking for 10 hours during our Alpenüberquerung tour and we couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely wanna come back

For us the top surprise was the food. We expected buffet dinner but it was gourmet dinner, nicely presented. Tastes we’ve never experienced before. Another unexpected highlight for us was the ski dry room to warm up your boots after a day on the slopes. Add the indoor pool to the list for maximum relax while you wait for the dinner to be ready.

The hotel is really nice as are its staff. It’s quite posh yet the reception staff made me and my friend, who were soaked to the skin after cycling all day in the pouring rain (and therefore looked like a pair of drowned rats) feel very welcome.

This is a good hotel for use as a stop-over and we booked a one night stay before continuing our travels. The customer service was very good. We have been upgraded to bigger room, because the lift did not work on the 1th floor. The rooms are big, clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom is a quite large. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special.

location was handy for a traveller, easy parking but poor signage to locate the hotel (I was right outside and the 'Guesthouse' sign is huge but the 'hotel' sign is tiny
