the property is fantastic. i was late to reply my messages but staff knew exactly what i requested for. 2 single bed on each room and got it on standby on my arrival incase i needed them. the staff were super friendly upon my check in, and also upon my check out i had some issues with my left over things, the receptionist also did more than just helping me retrieve it back. cause her bit of inconveniences but she helped. we were very grateful. the location is superb! bus station just 2 mins away. the bed is the comfiest bed i slept on. the aircon was good. all the amenties in the kitchen is provided ! each room is equipped with large TV. Wifi is GOOD. the bathroom is clean and even provides a nice body wash lemongrass smell which is so relaxing. the lift was good as well. Everything is perfect and i enjoyed my stay very much. they even provide dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and detergent. Everything i need is there we also walked all the way to Queens Victoria Market.

We stayed in the Queensbury suite . Upstairs from the main hotel area. Noise was never a problem. We were surprised to discover we actually had 3 rooms joined with an arch in the suite so felt very spacious , large bedroom with a long bench perfect to put our bags on, well appointed facilities, air cond in main bedroom, fan in sitting room. Convenient to have wonderful dinner downstairs.?

We came to City by train to watch Lightscape at Botanical Garden. The Hotel just in front of Southern Cross station and easy to go anywhere and get anything you want. The pool is Fantastic. Very warm in the cold Winter (its must hard to keep the pool warm because it’s semi-outdoor pool 😅) The staffs are very friendly 😊. We may check-in early at 11am and allowed us to swim the next day until 1pm. We had a great time staying in Movenpick Hotel 👍🏼👍🏼😍
