This accomodation was just perfect for our stay, I wish I could have had more days to enjoy it. We were a group of 9, 6 adults and 3 children, everyone had his room, all were excited about the facilities and playground, of course the kids were over the moon. It was extremly spacious, well layed out, everything you needed in the kitchen or bathrooms, clean and very welcoming. With a nice back yard and terrace, also a big balcony in front. Located in a beautiful area, with lots of places to stroll, near the water, very peaceful. Definetly a good choice for a big group, it can accomodate even the most demanding guests. :)

What an absolutely magical stay. The cabin was surrounded by what felt like a tiny rain forest. There is a staircase you take to descend into the little house and you can just see the water. It’s particularly beautiful at night. Falling asleep with the windows open listening to the soothing sounds of nature was amazing. The breakfasts every morning were amazing and it felt like no job was too big for Dan and Yan. Found this place on a whim but it’ll easily go down as the favourite.

    Caves Beach villas are excellent for a short stay with your family. You can park your car at your villa and walk everywhere. There is access to the private pool, to Hams Beach, Caves Beach, Quarry Beach and Split Rock. There is a private pool for guest use, and a lovely Bar & Grill on site. The complex is quiet and generally well maintained. We felt safe, relaxed and enjoyed our stay very much.

    For a couple it was a lovely stay in our bungalow, although I believe there are other options for larger groups. Beautiful location, so if you're happy to sit, read & look at scenery or walk and swim at Caves Beach, its great! The adjacent bistro/bar is fine for meals if you're not too picky. Food is good. Not a lot of other choices at night but that's ok if you're not into fine dining and more focused on enjoying the beach and open air.

    Great place to stay with your family.

    Great place to stay with your family. Plenty of room in the apartment . Also has a washing machine and dry which comes in handy when you have kids. Easy walk to the beach. Close to shops and good cafe.

    Caves Beach is a beautiful location on the coastal side of...

    Caves Beach is a beautiful location on the coastal side of Lake Macquarie. Excellent beach and the township has all you need for a short break, with a short drive to Swansea where you can do a major shop. Caves Beach itself is a great beach for a swim and the caves are interesting to explore. We enjoyed Mawson restaurant on the Saturday night. We also spent some time driving around the local area which is very scenic with lots of parks and views.

    There's a lovely Beach hotel where you can dine.

    There's a lovely Beach hotel where you can dine. The Caves Beach is easy to get around. Lots of parking space and patrolled beaches. At the local shops there is an IGA, Restaurant, Coffee shops, Fish and Chip takeaway and chemist.

    The accommodation was great !

    The accommodation was great ! With ample views, and only a short walk to the beach. How ever I would like to put in a complaint, not about the property, but about the instructions I was given to retrieve the keys for the property by “ Port Stephan’s accommodation” I had put in a late check in expecting to arrive to the property by 8pm at the latest, but was given the wrong instructions. I was sent and email stating that where the keys were, but an hour later I received another emailing stating other wise. Not at all happy as I had to travel an extra 2.5 hours with a tired grumpy and hungry toddler. We didn’t arrive to the accommodation untill 10pm.
