The hotel is completely refurbished and modernised. We had two rooms, one came with a kitchenette and the other one was a regular twin. The kitchenette had everything one might have wanted, the usual toaster, kettle and microwave, the modern bathroom offered a washing machine and dryer. The beds were super comfy. The nice thing about the hotel was its central location and easy accessible street parking opposite the hotel. The restaurant offered a wide selection of food.

Swan cove is such a beautiful place, sit in the end of island surrounded by the beautiful trees and animals, we had such relaxing time by just sit in front of beach with the fire pit, do nothing just enjoy the nature, amazed by how lucky we are to enjoy such unique and beautiful island. Kirsten and Martin are wonderful host, during our visiting, the ferry was on the outage, they pick us up and drop us off to make our trip more easy, Kirsten gave a lot of information about the island and animal, plus, the homemade granola, sourdough, marmalade, tea was delicious. 10 out of 10 place to stay.

Great place to stay and experience the Gippsland Lakes.

Great place to stay and experience the Gippsland Lakes. Close to Paynesville and Raymond Island. We took the ferry across to the island and explored the Koala Trail and nature reserves where we sighted over 20 Koala's in about 90 minutes of walking. Will be back and do more in the area again.

I love this place, relaxing and peaceful, right next to the...

I love this place, relaxing and peaceful, right next to the entrance of Mitchell River Silt Jetties, great place for boating and fishing, close to boat ramp, between Mitchell River and lake, lots of wildlife. Bring your own linen. No microwave, oven and cooktop available, full size fridge, no wifi, very relaxing
