Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the speed at which we were accommodated, despite the considerable crowd in the lobby. The staff, especially Mr. Mohamed, was extremely attentive and professional. When he noticed that we had a lot of luggage with us, he proactively offered us an additional room for storage, which was a very welcome gesture. This was an exceptional attention to detail that greatly facilitated our stay. The next day we encountered a minor issue, as we mixed up our departure time to the airport due to fatigue. The hotel quickly responded and arranged transportation back for us, where Mr. Mohamed welcomed us again. His willingness to help and efficiency were outstanding, as he enabled us to extend our checkout time without any additional questions. This experience was upgraded for free, and we were extremely grateful for it. The Holiday Hotel and especially Mr. Mohamed deserve all the praise for their hospitality and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne and look forward to returning. I hope this version of the review is closer to what you had in mind.

The room was very tidy, with good amenities. The water pressure in the shower was unbelievably good. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing missing was cutlery and crockery, which made it very hard to eat food. We arrived late at night and the owner left the key under the mat for us. Very good.

We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, it was very spacious and cosy, peaceful,everything was spotless and a great shower ,nice and big. Comfortable beds, very warm. Had a good sleep after delayed flight! Definitely recommend this motel. We will certainly return.

Great stopover before an early morning flight. Quick walk to Keilor village, which includes a Pharmacy, CBA, coffee shops etc. Bakery etc. Directly opposite Keilor Hotel for a meal if required. Manager was very friendly & helpful.
