Well appointed and very comfortable free standing studio. Well located and within easy walking distance of the main shopping/dining streets as well as the Botanic Gardens. Having two very friendly border collies to greet us on arrival and keep us company during our staff was a very welcomed added bonus. Sitting on the porch, catching the last of the afternoon sun and patting a couple of gentle dogs is a nice way to unwind.

The host has provided everything that is needed for a short stay. The property clean, the beds comfortable, thick towels, good fridge and although we didn’t cook anything there were adequate dishes provided. The tv was a smart one with good reception. The room was well lit with plenty of sunshine and although it was an extremely hot night Kyneton cooled down quickly allowing us to have a wonderful sleep as the location was quiet. Next time , we will stay more nights and take the opportunity to have a walk along the river before breakfast. Thank you Kirsten for all your efforts to make our stay exceptionally good.😊
