We stayed in the Victorian Suite. The room was large and the king sized bed was comfortable. The room was equipped with a mini bar fridge, microwave, toaster and a kettle. Breakfast was supplied for in room self preparation - toast, cereal, coffee, tea, juice and a local spring water which was a nice touch. Location is great being metres away from the main strip in Olinda.

A good place to be to regain your energy. We arrived a bit too late to enjoy the facilities. However, the hotel contacted us for pre-check in and to prepare for after-hour arrival. The place is peaceful. Breakfast is everything we need.

Great location that is near enough to amenities (short drive to supermarket, petrol, food etc.) yet quiet and peaceful among trees and nature. Beds are comfortable and warm for the winter. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen so we could cook our own meals easily. Washer and dryer are very handy. Friendly owner.

I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the perfect hospitality and incredible thoughtfulness. We have never stayed anywhere where the host thought of absolutely everything one night need in a bed and breakfast. Incredible.

The apartment was beautifully decorated with a very cosy atmosphere. Very quirky and creatively set out. It was well located and easily accessible. There was lovely fresh food provided by the host for breakfast and great cooking facilities. The outdoor space was very inviting.

    I would not recommend this property until the drainage...

    I would not recommend this property until the drainage issues are fixed and there are adequate safety procedures in place. I believe the money paid for this stay should be refunded. It is unsuitable for Booking.com

    Amazing, the extra things like breakfast cereal, bread, nice coffee machine, snacks, such a nice treat in the morning or late night, the customer service was second to none, quick text messages and replies with any questions.     Convenient location, and easy check in. Super cosy, very comfortable, you are right in the dandenongs. Really have everything you need for a romantic getaway not too far from home. It was exactly what we needed.
