We stayed in the Victorian Suite. The room was large and the king sized bed was comfortable. The room was equipped with a mini bar fridge, microwave, toaster and a kettle. Breakfast was supplied for in room self preparation - toast, cereal, coffee, tea, juice and a local spring water which was a nice touch. Location is great being metres away from the main strip in Olinda.

Location next to Ringwood Rail Station directly to town, Flinders Station. Shopping mall connected to the hotel with Coles & Woolworth supermarket. Access to parking via entrance 6 Eastland was easy to locate with ample parking lots. Reception was welcoming & helpful. Spacious room and request of interconnecting room with view was granted. Clean & comfortable bed. In room service was great & breakfast was good and big portion. Bonus was the shampoo, conditioner & shower wash. And the Go Green effort to reward customer with daily credit for skipping housekeeping.

Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious than I expected, it is actually better than the photos. Clean bathroom, comfy bed, modern TV that can cast Netflix from our own device. Nice to see kangaroo hop around at the lodge in the morning too 😊

The carpark is huge and quite empty..so parking is a breeze. The carpark also hosts a red rooster, shell petrol station and a dan Murphy's bottle shop warehouse. Rooms were modern, clean and had easy access. The hotel gave us 2 free drinks at the bar. We didn't have time to use the bistro but had a coffee and free snacks at the pokies venue. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

    As no sheets or bed linen were provided, this made for a big no no. Never have we stayed at a place with no sheets on the bed. I don't really know what the hostess was thinking, as we had to sleep on the mattress protector. Very unhygienic as no pillows with clean pillow slips were even provided. Fortunately, we travel with our own pillows.I would not recommend this property until they lift their gain and provide what a traveller needs.
