I think it’s the best value for money I’ve never seen. Bed is incredible, decoration too. Location is very good, we parked 50m away from the hotel, for free (Sunday night). The breakfast included in the price and kind of all you can eat. I can’t find something that disturbed us

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lucky Hotel. Unfortunately, due to a last minute flight cancellation, we were unable to fly to Newcastle on the day we had intended and therefore missed out on the first day of our booking. Jessica, on checking in, was extremely helpful and considerate. She gave us a token for a free bottle of wine for our troubles and couldn't do enough for us. The room itself was extremely clean, in a great location and had very comfortable beds. We were a little nervous about the noise as we knew there was music at weekends in the bar downstairs, however the music stopped at 11 on Saturday (we could hardly hear it from our room btw) and the bar closed at 9.30 on the Sunday so we had a great night's sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel for future visitors to Newcastle.

We love Terminus. It was our second time staying there in a month, and we'll absolutely be back next time we're in Australia. Both my wife and I, and my mother, were given complimentary upgrades, which was a wonderful touch. The location, the staff, the cute welcome gifts, the spacious rooms, and the cleanliness of the property are all terrific.

    New Lambton is very much a place that is handy to most of Newcastle and still has all the facilities. It is only 5 minutes from Kotara for all your wants and needs. It has a great little local supermarket which supports the community charities. For someone travelling through it is just the right vibe.

    The apartment is spacious, quiet, with easy parking and comfortable a/c. The check-in process is uncomfortable with the need to supply photos of back and front licences and credit cards. The stairs are pretty steep, and I didn't see a tv upstairs. Overall, there are plenty of better places to stay.

    It was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable and warm. There was an oil heater. If you put it on early it takes the chill off the room if a cold night is predicted. There was no wardrobe but a simply rack for hanging things and place your luggage below. I used a very small table as a bedside table, before I left I put it back where I found it. The bathrooms are seperate male and female shared. Well kept, clean and tidy.
