Cabin was cheap and clean. The park manager was great. Camping facilities looked good (didn’t use them). Restaurant next door was a good feed.

After preparing for a trip to Victoria during the morning we didn’t leave Perth for Norseman till after lunch. We were so exhausted when we arrived the carport was amazing because it was raining so carting the children inside dry helped and then when my wife opened the door the place was so inviting for us to do a reset for the next day drive to Eucla.

Norseman is a mining town with a significant indigenous population. its fortunes wax and wain with the industry. right now it seems to be seeing a bit of a decline. but that said full points to the council for all the effort they have made to present the town well

It suited our needs for one night, the room was cosy, comfortable. The only minus is the shower floor was too slippery - not ideal for someone with disabilities or injuries, such as myself. Overall our stay was pleasant, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room we were in was tiny.

The room we were in was tiny. None of the photographs showed this at all. In fact the main photograph showed a lovely building, that we assumed would be quite good. There was n it room to put two bedsides either side of the bed. The second bedside was used to hold TV. I found it uncomfortable, and at 80, needed a bit more room.

Dog friendly. Norseman is Norseman. En route to somewhere else. Local pub was roguish but good ish. This hotel is ok Not great but ok. Wifi worked You can't expect luxury around these parts unless you want to spend big dollars. We didn't. Staff were friendly enough. Tired, worn, ok facilities
