Very relaxing stay. The staff were really helpful and the room was spacious with a fireplace and bathtub looking out over the river and mountains. Feeding the alpacas was a bonus. Would recommend.

So clean, tidy, well appointed and thoughtfully planned. Excellent location for a walk to the pub (or club) for a drink and meal after a day of fishing. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms- Excellent for two adults who want to share a space but have own privacy. Loved the verandah access too.

    The property is modern on the inside, with well-appointed bathroom, comfortable bed and cosy shared sitting room. The breakfast was perfect and set us up for the day, with home-made yoghurt and muesli, warm croissants and muffins that arrive at your table in the comfortable lounge room. Views of the mountains make this a beautiful setting to enjoy a few days. We felt at peace from the inside out. Easy to find, well-lit even at night time. Added bonus: free wifi worked perfectly. One of my favourite ever places.

    This place is just so amazingly relaxing and de-stressing and just so right. Molly Meldrum used to say "do yourself a favour' with regard to records. I say ' do yourself a favour' and enjoy!

    Rydal the place is a small rural hamlet.

    Rydal the place is a small rural hamlet. Realistically it is where you want to go to get away from everything in a rural setting. I went for its 'big event' the Daffodils Festival which is on the second and third weeks of September.
