Very easy communication and guidance. Two of our family members arrived and checked in earlier , while we arrived close to midnight due to our late flight. Everything was easy. The place was very private, clean, fresh and beautiful. Bed was comfortable and shower excellent, with a space for two. Kitchen area was tiny, but good enaugh for one home made breakfast . And I personally LOVED the view to the sky and sun in the morning, from our bedroom. Roofs of the neighbours' houses looked like hills...

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. The rooms were incredibly spacious and immaculately presented, offering a clean and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest. Tucked away in a quiet area, the location provided the perfect balance of peace and convenience. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

We love the Upper Swan Valley - driving around to quaint...

We love the Upper Swan Valley - driving around to quaint coffee places, seeing the vines and valleys, stopping at wineries, restaurants and speciality shops like Mondo Nougat, The Margaret River Chocolate Factory, Whistlers, The Tapas Bar, Oakover, Baileys Brewery and this time we ventured more around Guildford too - Rose & Crown, The Guildford Town Bakery (excellent!) ... all a great experience!

Lynne the host was helpful and very friendly The property was spotlessly clean with views to die for and the room was large and comfortable. The outside decking has ample seating arrangements with a sink and fridge and stunning views. The accommodation was perfectly placed for all of the swan valley attractions.

The hotel is immaculately clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The room and bathroom are very spacious and tastefully decorated. We had patio doors which opened on to a patio that was so convenient for access to the pool area. The food in the bar was good and not too expensive. The wildlife was fascinating.

It was lovely to stay in the Upper Swan at this quiet little spot. We were going to our newphew's wedding close by and it was wonderful to be able to relax before and after and take in some of the area. We went on for lunch the next day which completed our little wedding get away.

This place was like home away from home… the thought that’s been put into the place was absolutly amazing… way better better than many air bnbs and hotels I have ever been too.

We had not stayed here before and found the resort to be more than we expected from a 'hotel'. It was a winter staycation so we didn't venture out too much from the resort.
