Very clean, comfortable, spacious room. Welcoming, friendly staff both in the hotel and restaurant. Pleasant hotel grounds and nicely decorated restaurant. Excellent evening meal, good breakfast. Great indoor swimming pool (although I didn’t use it as I was only staying 1 night).

A charming hotel, every corner is decorated, at night there is background lighting everywhere, the rooms are well-equipped and spacious, the surroundings are peaceful and quiet, there are shops in the area if needed, the staff is very helpful and welcoming, outdoor parking is reserved in the hotel complex, a full breakfast with a variety of choices, everything is new, clean and beautiful. The best place I have slept in so far in Azerbaijan, without a doubt.

Location is Amazing. Staffs were very polite and helpful. They replied to all the queries very patiently. Indoor pool was good there was a hot jacuzzi as well. There is enough games for the kids and they offer different free activities. Very very clean rooms.

Everything was perfect, the staff was friendly, and the service was very fast..we took a chalet and everything was available in the kitchen. We loved the hospitality of the staff! We stayed at Sultan Makan for a few days and it was my birthday. The staff offered us to upgrade the room for free and that was the best birthday present! We were even offered the most delicious homemade cake! Again as a present. The room was clean. The furniture was new and modern. The most comfortable beds ever! It was a wondeful experience and we loved the serenity of the location. Thanks a lot!
