Our stay at the Sheraton Baku was absolutely exceptional. The entire team went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Not only were they incredibly attentive throughout our stay, but when I accidentally left a personal item behind, they personally arranged to send it all the way to my home — something I truly didn’t expect and deeply appreciate. The room we stayed in had the most spectacular views of Baku, making our mornings and evenings truly special. From start to finish, the service was flawless, and the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku!

I stayed at the Hillside Boutique Hotel and it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is located in the heart of the city, the location is perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions, the boulevard, the Old Town and Highland Park. The breakfast was delicious and the welcome was warm and welcoming. Special thanks to the hotel administrator Orhan, a very kind man who helped me find a taxi, recommended the best places in the city and even treated me to fresh fruits. It was very nice of him. I wish this hotel all the best, you are the best!

Great hotel within the Old City, close to the metro station (there's also a supermarket nearby). Convenient large room with fridge, electric kettle etc., very friendly English-speaking host, free wifi. We had a great time, thank you!

it’s in the old city so everything is around and almost close to most of attractions , everything in the hotel is almost perfect but what i did like most is the staff especially reception staff they are exceptional , many thanks to NARIMANA , AIDAN , AFINA u were very helpful and when i asked about help in anything and actually i asked a lot :) , they do it with love and they do it perfectly , i want to thank them very much and they are one of the main reasons for my exceptional stay in baku , and art club hotel u are lucky to have such a great and professional team and for sure will b one of the reasons to b back again , thank u so much for everything u did and for making it such an amazing and memorable vacation ..

It is a small hotel but huge in hospitality, graciousness, friendliness, family-ness and location, location, location. As the hotel is situated in a residential area with a school nearby, every day felt like I was going home. Location is perfect for me. I love walking and the hotel is located near the promenade (Deniz Mall, Baku Eye, etc.), practically "next-to" the Funicular (Highland Park), <8min walk to the Old City (Maiden Tower, Nizami Street, etc.) and a short <10min walk to the Metro (Heydar Aliyev Center and Zoopark) and a 24hour bank to change money. Bayram, the main person manning the front desk was always ready to help and give suggestions and advise on where to go and how to get there. He also helped me arrange some of my day tours which I absolutely am grateful for. I had no problem requesting the mini tour buses for pick-up/drop-off as there is parking outside the hotel. As the hotel is small, the lady cleaning and preparing breakfast every morning had quite a bit to do. She reminded me of my own mother and this added another layer to the concept of family-style living. Totally appreciated what she does. Everyone.

Great location of the hotel with super helpful, hospitable and kind stuff, nutritious and delicious breakfast. The receptionist was always eager to help. Definitely worth to make a stopover at this hotel if you want to discover the city and spent couple nights in Baku. We also used the transfer from the airport service which was the best decision ( reasonable price, the driver met us right at the arrival, helped with luggage, showed and told a bit about the city)
