The location is just something out of a movie. Beautiful hotel, nice warm outdoor swimming pool. The staff is really helpful and nice. Carpark valet. Edgar is most of the time a joker. Breakfast was good for Azerbaijani standards. The restaurant is expensive but good food.

Excellent hotel. Everything was perfect. It’s a 3 star hotel but for us it deserves 4 stars. Father checking in we got complimentary use of the spa. Free zipline and skilift 3 for free. Staff very helpful and nice. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Last time I stayed in park chalet this time we were in group and decided to stay in Gaya as cost was much lower it’s little bit away from ski lift but there is free shuttle every 30m. Rooms are nice biga nad clean and with good view. Maybe kitchen could be equipped littel bit better. As it’s very basic but probably most of guest don’t use it. But having wine opener would be nice.

wonderful cottage, I have only positive impressions! Spacious rooms, great views and a well-equipped kitchen. I especially liked the swimming pool and well-kept area, an ideal place to relax. friendly owner. With complimentary breakfast also provided, will definitely come back here again when we visit this area. Total value for money

The house was amazing.. The host did every effort to make it comfortable for us.. The house is new.. Everything looks like we are using it for first time.. Every basic amnity was available. The room view was outstanding.. The bathrooms were clean and hot water was there.. We loved it..

High in the mountains with nice temperature in the heat of...

High in the mountains with nice temperature in the heat of the summer. take a jacket with you! There is not much to do if you are not a hiker. There is a beautiful man made lake, you can get on the teleferik. a slide, there are iglo like tables with a fireplace. there is a small cafe stand with food , drinks and Shisha. There are a few stores but they are closed during the summer.

Everything about Shahdag was great.

Everything about Shahdag was great. From smooth check-in to excellent staff. The guest relation department was super helpful and had a warm reception, especially Kamila. The general manager, Mr Sabuhi Ismahilov, was also very helpful, offering cake and 30 min Jacuzzi time as complimentary for my birthday. He would be seen engaging with and checking on guests. The breakfast buffet was superb, as there was at least something for everyone. We ate dinner at the 4th-floor restaurant, and the service was good. The food was great. It's easy to get around Shahdag, there is a local shuttle bus, rollercoaster and chairlifts.For nature lovers you can easily walk around and enjoy the beautiful nature! Lot's of activities offered it's great.

you have to listen to your customer and make some exception for the rare situation ... i have tried many many times to let you know you that i will not be able to reach the hotel because my flight was cancelled due to the war .. but you insist to take my money without any care

Gondola ride , takes you to the top.

Gondola ride , takes you to the top. Only part Covered in Snow in March end. Other places, not much of snow. We had a snowfall just before travel or else, we would have been slightly disappointed. Best time would be Dec-Feb. Wont recommend self-drive at all, especially for families.

The Park Chalet Hotel was very comfortable and with a beautiful view of Shadagh mountain peak, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable stay. The surroundings were just as impressive.Shadagh created some unforgettable memories with its charming ambiance and their food also delicious. Highly recommend.

This place is a MUST STAY! The scenic view, the grandeur of the hotel, the warm welcoming staff and the excellent breakfast spread...everything was beyond expectations! The rooms are grand, the aesthetic decors on spot, and the cleanliness is too notch! If you are travelling to Azerbaijan, you must spend 2 nights here at Shahdag at Pik Palace/Park Chalet. Beautifully located, the Shahdag coaster is at a walking distance! Take a thrilling ride down to the Shahdag Skiing and activities area. You can rent gear from the hotel.

the location .. view from the room . front desk lady was very much helpful . after the shuttle service timings were over, the hotel provided us with private car drop off / pick up at night time to Shahdag resort hotel where they have indoor activities .. the Driver Mr Tural was very helpful.
