Excellent staff, very accommodating. We reserved parking, which was great. Excellent location, just out of the busy-ness of the core but walkable to the bridge and old town.

The staff is amazing! They are super welcoming, super helpful, very nice and flexible. Location is really good considering being close to a local area where you can a have to live like the people there and at the same time, not far from the touristy area. Room is spacious and very clean. Having a free parking area is great plus indeed.

Mostar is a truly beautiful city full of charm, although sadly it has become quite crowded during the high season. To escape the masses, I recommend visiting the Catholic Cathedral of Mary, Mother of the Church, and its bar, where it is still possible to meet and share a drink with locals in a more authentic and relaxed atmosphere.

Starting to get a bit over visited in Summer, so the centre is crowded. Needs to do something about an apparent regulation that has every restaurant closed by 11 pm which means in practice if you are held up by the heavy traffic on the Croatian highways and arrive after 9.30 pm at your hotel every restaurant will turn you away by 10.30 pm. It did not feel very welcoming on our first night to arrive hungry and find nowhere where we were allowed to sit and eat. Luckily bakeries were open and some bars serve beer until 12 pm. Need to do something about aggressive begging by children and adults also. Otherwise Mostar sells itself with it's jewel -like location, nice people and value for money food, Mostar beer and Herzogovinian wines.

    Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. Really very interesting and pleasant place to visit. My recommendations: 1. Rent a car if you can drive. There are a lot of very interesting places around Mostar and day trips there are quite expensive. Renting a car is much cheaper. 2. I would recommend to rent a car from Sarajevo airport. It is on the way to Mostar anyway, so you do not need to drive in Sarajevo (I was scared to drive in capital city). To get from airport to bus station is tricky, it cost around £20 pounds one way on the taxi or hours of waiting for the local bus (one every 1.5-2 hours and it is very difficult to find the bus stop for this E200 bus). If you want to take a bus - find all maps and timetable in advance because nobody will help. On the bus station NOBODY knew where was the bus stop to airport. Literally we wasted half a day, that we could spend in Mostar. 3. Rent a car from the company with the office. 4. Mostar is the Heaven for people, who like all things baked. Bakeries are everywhere and all their variations of croissants and strudels are amazing. 5. For me the main problem was that I used to go to the cafe and take tea/coffee with pastry. So, tea/coffee and croissants are available at the same place. In Bosnia it is practically impossible. In bakeries maximum you can get cold drink and in the place where you would be able to sit down and drink tea/coffee you can only get a piece of pizza, if you are lucky. 6. People are amazing here, very friendly and nice. 3.

I love the historical texture of Mostar.

I love the historical texture of Mostar. Hearing the call to prayer while in Mostar makes me happy, I feel like I am in Türkiye. The old city is really beautiful. People should learn to be more polite to tourists. If tourists did not come, they would all have a hard time getting by, but some of them treat tourists very badly. There is wifi on the bus, but they do not give the password. Why? There is no valid, logical reason.

This is a modern comfortable family run hotel with a great breakfast included. From the front facing rooms, there is a good view over the valley that contains modern Mostar. The Aircon worked really well in humid weather and the WiFi was usable if a bit flaky. The briefing notes provided for guests about surrounding attractions were brilliant, leading me to a superb dinner by the source of the river Buna at Blagaj and more. The Rivero takes Euros in cash, however you need Bosnian KM in most places.

Old town Mostar is merely a pedestrian path. The more you get close accommodation , the less you have parking opportunities. This is why that location is perfect - calm , only 5km from old city - with plenty of parking. The appartments might not have breakfast - but they are completely new , with a degree of cleanniness i didn't meet in hundreds of hotels have visited - exceptionnally outstanding. The host was very very nice - and it means a lot. Rooms have small balconies

The property was in the heart of the old town. The flat was airy, the open plan bed/living was ideal for our family of 4 - my teen daughters and elderly mum. More importantly, our host was brilliant. Can’t praise Eldina enough. I had a (big) problem with another hotel in Mostar and Eldina came in person to advise and did all she could. Being in a new country I really appreciated the kindness in the hour of need. There were some steps to the flat but was manageable even by mum.

Hands down the friendliest, warmest staff I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. From check-in carrying all of our luggage from the car to our rooms, a welcome drink and snack, showing us highlights to visit to the extremely thoughtful gift of Bosnian cookies upon leaving it warmed my heart. Excellent location right in the middle of the old town that you cannot beat. Views from the hotel are lovely also.
