We've met a male receptionist ii the evening and a female receptionist in the morning and both were helpful as well as very pleasant to interact with. Breakfast was nice, the whole hotel stylish and comfortable.

Very nice hotel just a few meter to tne city center. Warm and helpful welcome. Room was marvellous calm and enjoyable. Bathroom was perfect, heated, modern, tidy. Breakfast was very kind and cordial arranged. Checkout was fast and professional. The car was save next to the bulding.

The staff in this hotel is so amazing and friendly that my whole positive experience about this hotel is built on my positive impression about their staff (reception desk, cleaning ladies, staff in the restaurant). Everyone was always friendly, smiling, helpful. Hotel is located close to big shopping mall with a lot of shops and taxi to city centrum is super cheap and the ride takes only 5-10 minutes. Breakfast is also nice, I liked traditional decoration of their restaurant. I previously booked another hotel in the same city Hotel Tuzla and they have cancelled my reservation 1.5 days before my actual arrival (I initially booked this hotel few months in advance). As I only had 1 day to find hotel Hotel Dorrah was the only one with rooms available so I did not have many expectations. But they really positively surprised me and I think after staying with them I felt lucky that my previous hotel got canceled.

It is non smoking hotel with great interior, big comfortable rooms, great spa center and gym. Hotel is placed in the city center which helps with going through the town. I love music that plays in the hotel. Music is mostly pop rock English style. Breakfast is great. There is lots of tasty food and great coffee.

Everything was wonderful. Quickly checked in. Coffee, beer, cosmetics. This facility had everything you needed. Very nice host. I was so tired from the trip, he didn't ask me anything, he explained everything in 3 minutes

Super! Basically, the apartment takes up almost the entire first floor of the building. Convenient parking, courtyard with a pleasant view. The apartment has everything you need and more. Close to a supermarket and the city center. Although the building is on a hill, there is a path with steps or a road nearby. At this time of year, admission to the park with salt lakes is free and there are very few people there.
