Extremely old and cramped bathroom, exhaust fan not working and hence bit stinking-5/10 Comfort: Manageable -5/10.No hot water.Available on request. Great, friendly and accomodating staff. Tanvir and Mitu at reception were very professional and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Room was excellent with plenty of space and all amenities. Quiet location, but close enough to centre to facilitate meetings. Good selection of food at breakfast and options for evening meals. Great rooftop pool. Plenty of space to accommodate casual meetings in the lobby.

Breakfast was very nice. Had lots of options to choose from. Excellent location, close to airport. Free airport shuttle took only 10 minutes to get to the hotel.

This Hotel is more than reccommended. The location (right in front metro station Farmgate), superclean, comfortable rooms and beds, not noisy, staff super attentive and friendly. Beautiful rooftop with lovely views and tasty and affordable food. Room service superefficient. I took the private Transfer from the Hotel to the airport because app like Uber and Pathao are a nightmare, and although Its price was a bit high, I would reccommend anyone to consider this way when going back to the airport. My special thanful to MD Mehedi Hasan who was very kind, attentive and helpful at all times to me. Thank you so much to the whole team of Shuktara and guys please this is not an easy country to visit, make your Stay easy and pleasent and stay in this accommodation if you decide to come to Dhaka.

Great hotel overall. Location is good, not far from the center and airport. The personnel is extremely helpful and speaks good English. Also, one of the few places in the whole of Bangladesh where I saw a bathtub, which is a huge deal for me. Can't recommend enough, especially for the price they ask. 24/7 restaurant is 🤌
