I liked the rural setting and the fresh air most of all.
I liked the rural setting and the fresh air most of all. However coming a close second was the welcome and the hiking and biking amenities. The village of Burg Reuland is historic, scenic and friendly. There is an old castle and a beautiful church. There are small windy streets and several places that you can get a drink or coffee. There is an excellent tourist and cultural centre staffed by Vanessa and Maria, both of whom are knowledgeable, multilingual and very helpful. There is a hiking, biking RAVeL that runs through the village coming from EUPEN and heading deep into Luxembourg countryside. There is good food and wine and cold beer from the tap.
