what can anyone expect from a great hotel? perfect location? spacious rooms? perfect maintenance? fluffy clean towels? beautiful modern, yet cozzy, room design? great bed? all these are checked, at the highest level possible, topped with the friendliest, attentive, most professional staff possible, and a beautiful cafe'/restaurant at the lobby. we were personally greeted and received on check-in by Efi, probably the most charming and professional front desk person we came across. I stayed at hundreds of hotels across the globe, and this is probably my most favorite one. simply perfect.

Exceptional. My partner & I have stayed in a lot of hotels between us, and we both said that, all in all, this hotel is the best we’ve ever been to, due to the facilities & surroundings. We wanted to stay for a week! The spa is really incredible. The photos really don’t do it justice - and same with the gym. We were shocked at how amazing both were. Again, we both agreed this was the best hotel gym we’d ever seen (we are in the fitness industry, so perhaps not easy to please in that respect - but Mix was outstanding!) A huge array of equipment, stunning architecture & even the changing rooms were beautifully designed, with complimentary toiletries & more. Indoor & outdoor pools, a large selection of saunas, and even an ice bath outside too. There is also a cafe by the gym, serving protein shakes etc with views of the forest. I can’t think of a way it could be better! The hotel’s interior is quirky & unique, and our room was gorgeous. We had a Superior 40, with a full view of the forest from the bed; it was stunning. A spacious room with absolutely everything thought of! Excellent attention to detail in the room - you will not want for anything, and we even were surprised to see a fully equipped kitchenette in our room, compete with silent dishwasher! The complimentary body scrub & chocolates were a lovely touch also. Regarding food, the breakfast buffet was fabulous. Lots of healthy options & everything we tried was delicious, especially the eggs! It was all was very fresh & well-presented. Downstairs, we were again surprised to find a large, quirky food hall called Fox, full of different eateries - we had a great time exploring all the options! We’d come back to Brussels just to stay at Mix! What an incredible hotel. Thank you for an excellent experience. For the design, spa & gym amenities, variety of food available, stunning green surroundings & excellent rooms - this hotel deserves 5 stars.

We loved the area very quiet and with shops and two restaurants at the building. We loved how quiet it was and how staff at reception received us. That guy deserves a salary increase for real so polite and helpful. Only about 20 min bus and metro travel to the city centre and about £15 on bolt to travel to the city from Roxy. My room view was amazing and the room very spacious nothing like the pictures way bigger. For us this will be the only place we will stay at when visiting Belgium from now on.

Extremely kind staff. We were accommodated as soon as we arrived, which allowed us to go out and explore the city. The metro very close to the hotel, made all our trips possible. I'm sorry we didn't have time to try the sauna, who knows, maybe on a new trip. I didn't eat at the hotel, the location is very good. Quiet area, close to Cinquantenaire park and museums.

Quietest hotel I have been in Brussels. Not a single noise. Also it stands at the doorstep of the forest and windows open to it, so it is so good for a walk or run. Although I stayed during the cold season, the heating system is fast and impressive.
