We stayed at Hotel Kronacker on our cycling trip and the hotel was great. The restaurant had excellent food and a nice patio. The hotel buiding was beautifully renovated.

Great communication even before we arrived and we received a lovely welcome from Annick. The room was incredible, we felt like we’d arrived in a luxury apartment, it was so well appointed in a rustic, shabby chic style. Comfortable huge bed with a rural view and sunset from the mezzanine level. Fabulous rain showerhead and twin sinks for the bathroom. Mini kitchenette with everything you’d need to cook yourself, although there are restaurants and a carrefour supermarket just 10mins drive away in Kortenaker. We arrived during a heatwave and the room wasn’t unbearable, cooling down at night, despite no air conditioning. The B&B is located within a pear orchard with rural views, peace and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, continental style with eggs freshly cooked, fresh buns and sweet pastries from the local bakery, jams, juice, cereal, everything was delicious. Annick and Jürgen were the perfect hosts, we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Our hosts even gave us a warm welcome in our own language.

Our hosts even gave us a warm welcome in our own language. The attention to detail and cleanliness were exceptional. Nothing was lacking... there was even a bottle of good red wine as a welcome gift, and much more. The refrigerator was well-stocked for our breakfast, and special requests were also accommodated.

From Neerlinter, you have several options for cycling or...

From Neerlinter, you have several options for cycling or walking. The region is truly beautiful, with many dedicated cycle paths, no cars, no pollution, and magnificent, varied scenery. Zoutleeuw and Tienen are easily accessible by bike. The village has a bakery, a café, and a small supermarket.

The accommodation, a former cowshed completely converted...

The accommodation, a former cowshed completely converted into a loft with a four-poster bed, living room, and kitchen, offers a unique experience. The pool table is a very nice addition. The bicycles are also excellent, and the surrounding area is beautiful for cycling.
