We love this hotel! We stayed there for four nights and everything was perfect. The breakfast was magnificent. Everything you want was on the buffet. Freshly squeezed orange juice and very good coffee. Yes, everything was perfect and we could enjoy the nice breakfast in the beautiful garden. The lovely lady who owned the hotel took very good care of the buffet and everything was so fresh and nice. Our room was fantastic and everything we needed was there. The location was perfect. And we got every information we needed. We love this hotel and will be back!

our room was at main building with high celling, very well decorated and comfortable, with big size bath room. Breakfast has variety of choices. Location is good and centrally located next to market square, and in walking distance to all sightseeing point. January in Bruges can be cold, therefore good to relax at Hotel SPA center, and warm up.

Wow! On arrival into Bruges, I was greeted with snow. On arrival at the hotel, I was greeted with the most magical Christmas display I could imagine! Christmas trees, lights, music, beautiful decorations . . stunning! The hotel is perfectly located on the canal and it is easily walkable to restaurants and cafes, chocolate shops, Christmas Markets, churches and museums and other attractions. I arrived at the hotel early and though I couldn't access my room immediately, I was emailed within the hour to say it was ready. I appreciated this. My room 213 was small, but ample for my two night stay. My view each night was the Belfry! The room exuded gorgeous old world charm with a super comfortable bed. The bathroom was well supplied with products, a free standing shower and a wall heater that made drying of clothes simple. I appreciated the still and sparkling water that was provided and Reception staff were happy to refill when needed. I had breakfast on the first morning of my stay - there was a wide variety of cereal, yogurt and fruit, together with a hot and cold food selection and delicious pastries. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were also served in the charming breakfast room with beautiful china. The voucher for a complimentary drink in the bar during my stay and a packet of cookies on leaving were a special touch. Hotel staff were constantly helpful in providing maps, information and booking taxis. This was not my first stay at this hotel and after this beautiful Christmas visit, I know it won't be my last!

This hotel feels like from a fairy tale and I felt I was a princess for a few nights. Definitively I feel only in Bruges you can get to experience this. It felt historical, well kept, good treatment from the staff. I stayed like in an "annex rooms", which I preferred honestly more than the "main building" since they seemed very new and modern and didn't clashed with the castle vibes. The room was huge, had everything you need, very well kept an clean. The bed was amazing, you just wanted to stay sleeping. The breakfast was superb also. It is located very near to the main square and has lots of restaurants nearby. Also very near the train station, 5-10 minute ride.

Lovely, small but high quality hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was a good size, peaceful (all rooms face away from the nearby road) with a garden/countryside view. The selection at breakfast was astonishing for this size of hotel. For us, it was well located near motorway and Brugge and had plenty of parking, but you'd need a car to get there.

    Brugge is great and very big.

    Brugge is great and very big. Very touristy too so I recommend going there outside of the busy seasons. The Potato Bar is a good place to eat. The Old Curiosity Shop & Het Brugs Theehuis (if you like tea) are small shops but very fun. That's Toast is a great place for a good lunch, but popular too so you might have to wait for a couple of minutes. Brugge centre is beautiful, but somewhat outside of the centre is also nice. There are a lot of windmills in some parks around the centre for example and there are almost no tourists there at all. Brugge is surrounded with nice nature, like Ryckevelde Forest and Fort van Beieren. Plopsaland is only a 45 minutes drive. The beach is also half an hour or so.
