When booking I was worried that we could arrive after 11.00 pm their last arrival time. I was given the code for the outside door which was extremely helpful. In the event we arrived earlier than expected and had a wonderful welcome from Reception. The smells form dinner were so enticing that we order an early breakfast which was all ready for us and delicious. The building was much more stylish than I was expecting. The shower was good. The car park was safe and had plenty of space to park our hire van.

We stopped over for one night on the way to Holland. The accommodation was perfect for us as a family of 6. Also the added bonus of being able to fed the alpacas. The host are very friendly and welcoming.

Location was very easy to get to, and the lady was very kind by staying up late for us to check-in at 3 AM. She also let us stay for one extra hour the morning after. The house was awesome and everything so clean and cozy. Definitely recommend!

    Attended wedding at castle, really should plan more...

    Attended wedding at castle, really should plan more activities there for next time. Did not have all hiking clothes and shoes with me, would have loved to take long walks and bicycle tours, perfect place for activities like this.
