It was beyond my expectations, very clean, comfortable, an excellent room. It even had a smart TV that included a few streaming apps (Netflix, prime, disney). The buffet was very good, with a lot of options,it was even ok for us, as vegans. It would be nice to see some dedicated meals for vegans, some desserts, and have maybe a cook or the chief of staff of the day, walk a bit through the guests and check if all is ok (someone that speaks English well) - it would go better with the 5 star conditions the hotel is providing. Albena is also very nice, definitely recommend.

I liked all the personnel attitudes always ready to help, especially gratitudes to Cleaning Lady Sonya! Top level cleaniness and All Inclusive was tasty and good food. Nice girls Animators for kids. Good Friday Bolgarian dance and food evening

This was my third stay at Gergana. Happy to say it’s now Ultra All inclusive, and the beverages are better, compared to 2019 and 2021. I’ve been upgraded to a sea view room for free, which was really nice. The food and the services remained the same: top notch.

I have been very satisfied and impressed about the very good quality of everything. From the very friendly staff, the cleanliness, the rooms, the location, from the food and drink,… We could see from our bed in a superior room the sea. For me the Hotel is much better than the 7,9 evaluation. i will come back.

    The beach is very nice and cleen I stayed at Flamingo Grand Hotel fot 7 nights And that was ok.but the staff should have smiie more. Thei make very good pizza all over the place. It is easy to travel around Albena For me was very nice to go to Varna and Dobrich.

    It's an excellent hotel in Albena, Bulgaria (EU).

    It's an excellent hotel in Albena, Bulgaria (EU). Everything was fantastic. My family (wife and grandchildren) would select it again the following time we went to Albena. It has a lovely setting, excellent service, and pleasant staff—a great value for money. There is a fantastic beach and pools. The restaurant and bars are first-class. The food and beverages were outstanding. The room was comfy. The resort is really easy to access. And it is very secure. I suggest it. Thank you!

    Albena is expensive compared to othe beach resorts in...

    Albena is expensive compared to othe beach resorts in Bulgaria, but we knew about this and came because it has probably one of the best beaches in Bulgaria. Apart from the hotel, we had meals in the Kaliopa Restaurant and the Nomad Beach Club. Both were very good.

    Breakfast was very good, the waiter was amazing, very polite and friendly. Room was nice and clean, toilet items were available. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Bikes were also provided for a short trip to Albena (resort centre is about 1 kilometer down the road). Overall a great place, nice attention to details. Highly recommended.

    It's fine. Just don't go to eat at the restaurant they have, it's daylight robbery, go to the other 2 hotels that are in the same complex and pay for a day off all inclusive. It's way cheaper and you get a huge variety of food and unlimited drinks
