The hotel has beautiful interior - nice paintings, interesting sculptures, cozy seasonal decorations, soft sofas, tasty candies in reception area. It also has pretty nice view - mountings on one side and forest on the other. Staff was polite and attentive. It was my mother's birthday and they brought bottle of champagne and some fruits into her room - it was very hospitable. Everything was really clean - reception, spa, rooms. We stayed just for 2 days, but housekeeping still cleaned our room and even brought more water (and candies 😊). Also, rooms had soft beds, two pillows and 2 blankets, even in double bed room (which we really appreciated), very soft towels and comfy bathrobes. And different shower modes were nice. Food was great. It was a bit cold, but it could be because we came almost at the end of the breakfast. Plus, a lot of food is organically produced from hotel's own farm. Also, it had some interesting food choices (like smoked fish for breakfast, unusual ice cream tastes, carrot-apple-beetroot juice, corndogs...). We especially loved all chicken dishes, round buns and butter croissants. Spa was just amazing. We never felt so relaxed. Not one room was neglected - steamed rooms were always steamy, saunas were always hot, room for relaxing always had water with lemon. Our favourite facilities were hammam, outdoors pool with jacuzzi and 80° sauna. We also booked massage for my mother and she loved it. All of her stress just melted away.

Everything was perfect. We liked the pool and the pool bar very much (you could order drinks in the water). The staff were very friendly and considerate. The breakfast was also very good. We will come back.

Немав дојдено неколку години, има позитивни промени, спа делот е проширен, многу удобен, со тивка релаксирачка музика. Базенот топол како и секогаш, уживање после скијање да се опуштат мускулите. Храната беше превкусна, ги надмина моите очекувања, особено вечерата што беше шведска маса, претходно имаше да се избере од 3 понудени опции. Хотелот беше топол насекаде и во собите. The room was very cosy, spacious and clean. The food was delicious, we had an awesome breakfast with whatever we wished to eat. There is a pool with hot mineral water and jacuzzi in the garden.     We had an excellent vacation in Hot Springs, 4 nights: everything was perfect: perfect breakfast and dinner, very clean room, excellent spa facilities, nice staff ( except the bartender which is a little rigid for this job). We’ve booked also for February.

    Banya is a town with mineral hot springs and it’s only about 4 miles to Bankso, a ski resort town with a very nice old town, we stayed in Seven Springs hotel for their charming atmosphere and hot springs pools. We walked around the town but came back to dine at the hotel’s cozy restaurant Kristina.

    A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town.

    A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town. For such amount of money better visit other village like a Sapaeva Banya. Though springs were nice. Most places accept cash only, you can windrow money near park. Inside the park is great place with bulgarian cousin (near stairs). Church may not work at time you expect it to work and in front of it is drinking water.

    Brand new boutique hotel with cozy design and great spa facilities. The rooms were bright, comfortable and very clean with comfortable bed and modern cozy design. The restaurant and the bar were great with good selection of drinks and tasty food. The staff members were extremely helpful, friendly and made our stay fantastic! The mineral water pools were amazing, the sauna was great and the massages offered were professional and very good.
