Walkable, super clean, quite a few interesting museums and parks to visit. Close to the mountain, if you're into hiking etc. Overall - a great place to visit for a few days! Gabrovo is a small town in the middle of nowhere in Bulgaria, that offers a lot of treats. Etar(a) and the museum of Humor and Satire may be the biggest ones for me. But the authenticity of this town as a basic real bulgarian city that still is untouched by tourism overkill is very important to me. Not for partygoets, but culture and sightseeing for a week if that is your thing. Mazalat / Osana is a beautiful mountain hike within a taxy rides reach. Etar(a), a cultural museum is awesome for anyone interested in handicrafts an culture. If you go to gabrovo, your favorite football team is Yantra!Guest review byClausAENorway
