The lady managing the property was absolutely amazing, very friendly and going above to me meet any of our requests. The property was clean and had everything required for a comfortable stay. Outside patio is very inviting and family friendly. I have to admit, we stole a few plums from the property, they were too good to resist. Overall it's a perfect place to experience the true Bulgarian culture. Definitely recommend to stay there and we will be back for sure!

Modern, new and very stylish. You can see the attention to every little detail which gives the feeling of comfort and coziness. Super clean. Great location in the old town and really amazing view. The staff is very nice and helpful and the coffee downstairs is really great for breakfast. We had the best time and I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The continental breakfast was very good. The trays were always added and the food was prepared well. The variety of food ranged from yogurt, fruit, veggie and many options like scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese varieties and kashkaval. Strongly recommend when booking to choose breakfast included option.
